We have classes every weekday as follows:
Tuesdays 6:45am - Lower Body
Wednesdays 6:45am - Upper Body
Fridays 6:45am - Core or Cardio
Classes are held 44 weeks per year- hey we need a break sometimes
We know times have been tough, so if you're under hardship due to Covid-19, you can join us for free. Just email info@mycoachlarry.com to get our Zoom workout links.
With a monthly membership you can do as many workouts as you like. And don't worry, our workouts are different for each session every week, so you can even do multiple workouts on the same day without repeating anything. Take a look at some of our rotating workouts below.
